  Stress, in moderate amounts, can serve as a motivator, pushing us to meet deadlines or overcome challenges. However, when stress becomes chronic or overwhelming, it can have profound negative effects on both our physical and mental well-being.          Impact of Stress: The effects of stress can impact various aspects of our lives, affecting us emotionally, physically, and behaviourally.
