The theme for 2025 is 'Community', and the aim is to use Mental Health Awareness Week to celebrate the power and importance of community. Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing. We thrive when we have strong connections with other people and supportive communities that remind us, we are not alone. At The Peace Link, fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or hitting your personal best — it’s about lifting each other up too. That’s why Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, running from May 12th to 18th, is especially important to highlight the importance of holistic wellbeing.
